Why we built it
Forecast the structure, because the market won't hold still.
Enterprise AI budgets break because the pricing page isn't the true cost, and nobody forecasts the rest — retries, abandonment, silent failures, human rework. The usual fix, fitting a curve to past usage, needs a history the model market never stays still long enough to give. So we derive cost from the one thing that doesn't change week to week: the structure of the workflow itself.
We publish the method — Monte Carlo, Pareto ranking, sensitivity screens — and keep the recipe private. And every forecast is deterministic: the same inputs return the same numbers, so your own team can replay the work and check it.
