1. Who We Are
This policy explains how Tier Zero Solutions, LLC ("Tier Zero," "we," "us") collects and uses information through tokenwake.io (the "Site") and the TokenWake forecasting services.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Give Us
Contact and inquiry information. When you submit a form on the Site or email us, we collect your name, business email address, company name, job title, and whatever you write in the message.
Workflow information. If you engage us for a forecast, we receive the workflow description and supporting materials you send ("Customer Inputs"). This is covered in more detail in Section 4 and in our Terms of Service.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your bank account or card details; our payment processor handles that directly. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and your billing contact.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Server and analytics data. Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, logs standard technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and time of visit. We use this to understand traffic and keep the Site working.
2.3 What We Do Not Collect
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The Site is intended for business use.
We ask customers not to send us personal data, consumer financial account information, protected health information, or other regulated or sensitive data as part of a workflow submission. See Section 4.5 of our Terms of Service.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to inquiries and provide the Services
- produce and deliver forecasts and recommendations
- send invoices and process payments
- maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- measure the effectiveness of our marketing
- comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Customer Workflow Data
You own your Customer Inputs. We use them only to perform the Services for you.
We do not use Customer Inputs to train, tune, or improve any model, product, or service other than in performing the Services for you. We retain Customer Inputs only as long as necessary to perform the Services and for 12 MONTHS afterward for support and reproducibility, then delete them on written request.
We may retain aggregated or de-identified information derived from performing the Services — information that does not identify you or reveal your confidential information — to maintain and improve our methodologies and model catalog.
5. Who We Share Information With
We share information only with:
Service providers who help us operate — website hosting and network (Cloudflare), form processing (Formspree), email (Google), and payment processing (Stripe). They may use it only to provide services to us.
Professional advisors — attorneys and accountants, bound by confidentiality.
Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business transfers — if Tier Zero is acquired or merges, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
6. How Long We Keep Information
- Inquiry and contact information: 24 MONTHS after last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner
- Customer Inputs: as stated in Section 4
- Deliverables and engagement records: 7 YEARS, for tax, accounting, and reproducibility
- Server logs and analytics: as retained by our provider, Cloudflare.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including:
- Encryption in transit — the Site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted to our service providers over encrypted connections;
- Limited access — access to submissions is restricted to Tier Zero's authorized personnel through password-protected accounts;
- Established service providers — form handling, email, and payment are managed by reputable third-party providers that maintain their own security safeguards; and
- Data minimization — we ask only for what a forecast requires, and we instruct you not to submit sensitive or production data through the Site.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may:
- ask what information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- unsubscribe from marketing email
- decline to provide information, though we may then be unable to provide the Services

9. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information is transferred to and processed in the U.S.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always posted here with a revision date. Material changes will be posted prominently.
